Kristen Stewart Has Confirmed 'Snow White And The Huntsman' Sequel

Kristen Stewart has confirmed that she will be reprising her role as Snow White in the sequel to “Snow White And The Huntsman”. Earlier in 2012, while playing the role in the first movie, Kristen ended up having an affair with the movie’s director, Rupert Sanders. This caused a rift in her relationship with Robert Pattinson and also came between Rupert’s marriage to Liberty Ross.

In a new interview, she revealed, “Oh, it’s gonna be amazing. No, I’m so excited about it, it’s crazy. The other day I said that there was a strong possibility that we’re going to make a sequel, and that’s very true, but everyone was like, ‘Whoa, stop talking about it.’ So no, I’m totally not allowed to talk about it.”

The news of the sequel comes shortly after Kristen publicly apologized to Rob for having an affair with the married director. Now that Kristen has been confirmed to be returning for the sequel, we still await word on whether or not Rupert will be directing the movie.

Kristen Stewart's 'Snow White And The Huntsman' To Be A Trilogy!

According to reports, Kristen Stewart’s new movie, Snow White And The Huntman, will be a trilogy!

The movie’s producer, Joe Roth, said, “It’s meant to be the first in a series of films. This story will end, but there will be questions remaining for these three characters.”

The first installment of the movies stars Chris Hemsworth and Charlize Theron, will begin shooting in August and has a release date of June 1, 2012.

With regard to why he chose Kristen for the lead role, he said, “Frankly, what we did, we searched high and low for an unknown. Which was my want after Alice. As we went through it, it just became evident to me that Kristen occupies a space in the universe where she’s a terrific actress only known for one part. I hope this is a movie that will appeal to those who find Twilight appealing, but also she is someone who has some piss and vinegar in her.”
