Country singer Taylor Swift was forced to watch footage of herself as an eleven-year-old performing the National Anthem on TV!

She appeared on The One Show on Monday night when they aired the footage of her song performance at the Philadelphia 76′ers game, which left Taylor blushing.

She said, “I look petrified! Oh my God, I was terrified. There were 20,000 people there, it was like a 76′ers game. I’m from Pennsylvania, so I think I was really nervous because I knew all my classmates were watching. I was obviously so terrified, but it’s funny to look back and think that is actually ten years ago now. Wow!”

It’s good to know that she’s gotten a lot more comfortable with her time on stage since!

Country singer Taylor Swift is currently in the middle of her world tour, but she has managed to take some time out of her busy schedule to hang out in Paris, France.

She’s currently on the European leg of her tour in support of Speak Now, and was spotted last week shopping in the city of love!

The singer was spotted by the paparazzi during her recent shopping trip to Galleries LaFayette along with her training session in the Tuileries Gardens.

Yes, the paparazzi will follow her wherever she goes!

I don’t know how many times I have to say this, but Taylor Swift couldn’t act her way out of a wet paper bag. It’s a pity, really, but maybe girlfriend should stick to whatever it is that she does best. Yes, we know that she’s a country singer…but when she finds whatever she’s suited BEST for, we’ll be sure to let you know.

In the meantime, we’ve heard that she’s caught the acting bug since filming her craptastic role in Valentine’s Day.

We’re now hearing reports that Taylor has been chosen to play Zac Efron’s love interest in the new movie, The Lorax.

Thankfully, it’s an animated movie, so we won’t have to see this awkwardness play out on the big screen!

Country starlet Taylor Swift took to her official Twitter account to show us the above photo, saying, “Woah. Germany. That crowd! Tonight’s show!! I mean WOAH. And thanks to whoever gave me this sweet ring!”

Miley Cyrus is still reportedly sending saucy text messages to Jared Followill!

She was first linked to the bassist during the 2010 MTV Europe Music Awards last November — and it’s not cooling down anytime soon!

A source said, “Miley wants to keep Jared interested. She often sends him coy text messages. So far, he is a big fan of what she has been sending. Jared loves showing off his texts from Miley. He thinks she’s very pretty and is excited she’s still flirting with him.”

Miley has admitted to liking Jared, so this isn’t far fetched. Last year, she said, “He’s pretty good looking. I’m not usually one to freak, but me and Taylor Swift were like, ‘Holy smoke!’ Katy Perry was like, ‘They have super hot girlfriends.’ I was like, ‘Dang it!’”

Taylor met Chord through his brother Nash who is also a musician and since then the pair have been spotted on a date at an L.A. Kings NHL home game.

A source said, “Taylor reached out to Chord. After the event, Taylor and Chord grabbed a bite. He’s into her.”

Another spy said, “She’s getting to know him. He’s hot, young and single — and he’s closer to her age than Jake Gyllenhaal.”

Taylor Swift and Jake Gyllenhaal bumped into each other at the Vanity Fair after party for the Oscars on Sunday night!

A guest at the party said, “They were outside near the restroom having a discussion. It seemed a bit more serious — it certainly wasn’t a ‘Hi, how are you?’ talk.”

What could they possibly have to talk about? They broke up in December because he said that she was too young. She has since latched onto Glee star Chord Overstreet.

The spy went on to reveal, “It seemed like they were catching up” and “sorting something out.” After their chat, Jake left while Taylor stayed and hung out with her friends. The source added, “They completely kept to themselves. She couldn’t be bothered by anyone.”

Taylor Swift and Glee star Chord Overstreet were spotted on their first public date on February 24th at a hockey game. Now, we’re hearing reports that the twosome hung out again over the weekend.

Reportedly, the couple hit up some Hollywood parties over the past weekend. They went to the Montblanc Cocktail Party at Soho House on Saturday. Afterward, they went to the William Morris Endeavor party at the Chateau Marmont, where Taylor connected with her friend Emma Stone.

They look cute together, don’t they? I guess she’s over Jake Gyllenhaal, huh? Chord seems more her speed anyway, doesn’t he???

Taylor Swift has revealed that just because she’s famous, it doesn’t mean that she doesn’t get hurt when people insult her.

In a new interview, she said, “I’m not stronger than anybody else. I feel everything that happens to me, whether it’s a mean comment from a friend or a stranger. At no point in this process did I grow a thick skin.”

She went on to talk about whether or not she’s had a diva fit. She said, “I’ve learned that I respect people less when they scream and yell. So when I’m mad, I try to keep the volume level of my voice really even. It’s more impressive if you can remain calm when you’re mad than if you lose control. I just hate the idea of taking my emotions out on other people. You know what I mean?”

When speaking of her music, she said, “I don’t think that being a strong person is about ignoring your emotions and fighting your feelings. Putting on a brave face doesn’t mean you’re a brave person. That’s why everybody in my life knows everything that I’m going through. I can’t hide anything from them. People need to realize that being open isn’t the same as being weak.”

Taylor Swift posted these photos to her Twitter account, just as she’s taken her Speak Now tour to Asia.

She tweeted these photos of herself along with her bandmates, saying, “Happy Valentine’s Day from Tokyo. Love, us.” Wow, we barely could recognize her!

Her song, Enchanted, was said to be directed at Owl City singer Adam Young. So, for this Valentine’s Day, Adam replied in his own song and message to Taylor! The message he wrote is on his official website and is just super sweet!

He says:

Now that Jake Gyllenhaal is no longer dating Taylor Swift, rumors are circulating the internet suggesting that he’s now dating Jennifer Aniston!

Jen was out and about in New York City, when she and a group of pals hit up The Spotted Pig for dinner. A witness said, “Jake and Jen looked really happy and really seemed to be enjoying themselves. They looked like they were strategizing a way to exit the restaurant probably because they didn’t want to be photographed together.”

Jake had called time on their relationship, reportedly due to the publicity and age difference. But, he really did want to see if there was a spark between them. Thus, they had dinner together.

A source said that Jake wanted “to see if there was still anything between them, if they could recapture the magic. Sadly, it wasn’t there.”

As for what Taylor thought of the dinner? A friend said, “Taylor was just getting over Jake. She was thrown…The whole thing was really weird to her.”

The country starlet received a nice award from the RIAA and her record label on Friday night in Nashville, Tennessee. She attended the ceremony at the Hard Rock Cafe in Nashville, where she was celebrated for selling a metric ton of albums.

The biggest prize of the night came from the Recording Industry Association of America and commemorated total shipments of more than 13 million records.

There was no word as to whether or not Jake Gyllenhaal was there or if she’s started on her song that will be dedicated to him. Word is, she’s still looking for words that rhyme with Jake.

Well, we’ve already covered why Taylor would want to do that. When people feel sorry for her, for some unknown reason, they run out to the store and buy up her music. And then there’s Jake. Why would Jake fake it? Of course there’s the obvious “he’s gay” rumors (which I think are false, of course.) And then there’s the movie he was trying to promote, Love And Other Drugs.
