This Thursday evening brings out the vampires in an all new episode of Vampire Diaries, not to mention some dead vamps too. This episode titled “Bringing Out The Dead” is going to be one packed full of deals and heart breaks and not to mention maybe a few skulls broken too.
Last week we met Bonnie’s, (Kat Graham) mother, Abby, (Persia White), for the first time and what an impression she made on us as well as her daughter. Along with Abby we met her fill-in-child Jamie, (Robert Ri’chard) who unfortunately was under the power influence of one of Klaus’, (Joseph Morgan), hybrids. Jamie attempted to kill Stefan, (Paul Wesley) but spared Elena, (Nina Dobrev) as usual because she is so valuable to Klaus.

Now that Alaric, (Matt Davis), seems to have a new love in his life, Dr. Fell, (Torrey Devitto), will it cloud his judgment when comes to solving the Klaus problem? Or will the heartfelt Dr. Fell become an assest to the team against Klaus?
Even with all of Stefan’s and Damon’s, (Ian Somerhalder), plots and schemes Klaus still obtained his coffins, well at least three of the coffins with his family in it. It still remains to be seen what is behind coffin # 4. Will Stefan and his planning against Klaus screw everything up for the rest of the clan?

Ian Somerhalder & Nina Dobrev Deny Engagement Rumors
by Jessica LeFevre on Jan.12, 2012, under articles

The Vampire Diaries stars Ian Somerhalder and Nina Dobrev are not getting engaged, despite recent reports suggesting otherwise.
In Touch Weekly recently reported that Ian had asked Nina to marry him, but she refused. They also reported that he popped the question over the holidays, but her rep is jumping on the story with a quickness. Why? It’s simple — there never was a proposal.
Her rep issued a statement, saying, “There is no truth to this item at all. There was no proposal.”
In the report from ITW, they claimed that Ian and Nina’s relationship was in a bit of trouble due to her refusal. They quoted someone calling themselves a friend of the couple, saying, “She is freaking out, saying, ‘I don’t want to marry him!’ She thinks she’s too young, and with all the offers she’s getting, she’s poised to be a big star.”
The insider also revealed that the couple “feels like the relationship is ruined. They were having fun, and now there’s a lot of tension.”
I would be remiss if I didn’t mention how dapper Ian looked at last night’s People’s Choice Awards. Hotness. The man knows how to wear a suit.

As we learned last week Stefan doesn’t seem to care too much about anyone besides himself and the wrath that he wants to shed on Klaus! We also learned Alaric’s ring doesn’t seem to work the way it’s supposed to. Stefan even asks Bonnie for help and because she hates Klaus as much as he does she agrees to help him.
Crazy Elena decides to make a deal with Klaus in order to spare her brother since he is using the people she cares about as a bulls-eye! In order for her to get this deal she gives Klaus his sister Rebekah back. She warns him that Rebekah will want to kill her because Elena is the one who stabbed her in the back. Klaus assures her he won’t let Rebekah do anything because he needs Elena to find Stefan. Elena then warns Klaus that Rebekah knows that he killed their mother. So Rebekah won’t be happy with Klaus when she awakes.
Once Elena gets her brother off the hook from Klaus she asks Damon to compel him to leave Mystic Falls. She wants him to be safe so Damon compels him to leave town and move in with family and leave behind Mystic Falls and not look back.
The big shocker of the night? The Kiss! Damon kisses Elena finally. We have been waiting for that for how long now? It was so unbelievably sexy! It should be interesting to see what happens with their relationship! Who wants to see more of that? I know I do!
