Tiger Woods’ ex-wife, Elin Nordegren, made us all gasp when she knocked down her $12 million mansion in Florida. Then, it was revealed that she let Habitat For Humanity come in and snatch up all of the fixtures and cabinetry to re-use. But still, it appeared to be an insane move to knock the place down! Twelve million doesn’t look like much when you’re super rich, though, does it?

Apparently the place was infested with termites and was not up to the codes for withstanding hurricanes. Thus, she wrecked the place. What’s funny is that it appears that she’s building the same house!

Rumor has it that Tiger Woods’ ex-wife, Elin Nordegren might be getting close to a South African student at a college in Florida.

Reportedly, she is moving on from her high profile divorce with the student. A friend of hers revealed, “There’s been kissing and cuddling, but I don’t know if it’s gone further.”

Good for her! She’s rich and pretty, so we knew she wouldn’t have a hard time finding someone that would remain faithful to her.

Devon James was trying to sell a reported sex tape of herself and Tiger Woods, using a website named TigerTapeXXX (not linking it). She has finally stopped taking orders for the alleged tape, primarily because she says she has reached a settlement with the golfer not to release the footage. Okay, we’ll bite…

Her husband, Nick Janette, said that they were paid off by Tiger not to release the tape. He said, “Our settlement is done so we’re not releasing a tape.” According to RadarOnline, that was just a bunch of hooey and there never was a settlement.

Nick said that everyone who has ordered and paid for the tape has had their money refunded to them, except for a small amount of people who have filed a claim for their money back. Two staff members of their publication paid, but have yet to receive anything.

They report:

On the Web site the shipping date was pushed back multiple times, most recently stating that the delay was due to the high volume of sales. But when Jannette spoke to RadarOnline.com on Tuesday, he seemed to forget that and said the date was delayed “because we didn’t know if we would have a settlement or not.”

When we pointed out the obvious contradiction that he delayed the tape’s shipment to finish negotiations versus the site’s claim that it was delayed due to an overwhelming number of orders, Nick insisted: “We didn’t lie. We did have high demand. We had 180,000 buys.

“We didn’t really know what to do. That was our reason. I didn’t want to cancel our orders and not have a settlement, so that’s what we decided to do.

“That’s not lying.”

Are you surprised? Of course there wasn’t a settlement. The guy on the reported tape already came forward to say that he was paid to give Devon a champagne sex tape on a beer budget.

In a new article in Newsweek, golfing legend Tiger Woods blames golf for the affairs that led to his divorce from Elin Nordegren.

He said, “That self-reliance made me think I could tackle the world by myself. The physical pain from that car accident has long healed. But the pain in my soul is more complex and unsettling.”

When speaking about his mistresses, he said, “Opportunists are trying still to cash in on my troubles, no matter how irresponsible or ridiculous their claims may be.”

For his closing note, he said, “Thanks for all the love.”

One man has come forward to say that Devon and her husband paid him $1,000 for a sexual fantasy at her request. She wanted him to dress up and play the part of Tiger, complete with Nike gear and everything.

Teneal Goyco claims that he faked the part of Tiger and didn’t know that they were going to release the sex tape for sale. He said, “I had no idea she was going to set up a tape of Tiger Woods. I wanted to make money — not ruin someone’s life. I thought the tape was just going to be for them personally, I didn’t know they were going to use it to make money. She said it was her fantasy to sleep with Tiger Woods.”

Tiger Woods’ ex-wife, Elin Nordegren has walked away from their divorce a very rich woman. Reportedly, Elin got a whopping $110 million in the divorce!

Radar Online reports:

In the past she has had access to a private jet from Tiger’s camp.

“She could afford the jet but didn’t even consider it,” the source said.

“She’s not cheap, but she’s just not throwing money around and wasting it the way some people would.”

Elin still employs nannies and other household help as she shares custody with Tiger of their two children.

“But she has cut back some of the hours some people work,” a friend told us.

“She’s not acting like she hit the lottery.”

Good for her. She deserves all of that and more after what she’s been put through.

Tiger Woods is learning the hard way that when you lie down with dogs, you’re bound to get fleas.

His ex-mistress, Devon James, still plans on releasing the sex tape that reportedly features the disgraced golfer on Friday, October 15th.

Devon’s husband, producer Nick James, says that they plan to release the tape on Friday, regardless of what happens, “no matter what.”

He said, “I was told there was a bid by his lawyers to buy the tape but so far no deal has been struck and I don’t think it will be either.”

There hasn’t been any proof that the tape exists as of yet and all of the media buzz surrounding it has been released by Devon and Nick. Nick added, “I think that it will be available for pre-order no matter what now – right now that is definitely still on.”

Rachel Uchitel, better known as Tiger Woods’ mistress numero uno, has had a bit of a wardrobe malfunction while trying to get out of a car recently.

“It put Rachel in significant danger of losing the millions of dollars Tiger paid her,” a source close to the situation told RadarOnline.com.

“The magazine wanted to mention Rachel’s relationship with Tiger, but it would have jeopardized the deal she already made with him.

“They refused to give her complete control of the cover so she could make sure Tiger wasn’t mentioned.”

You’d think she would just want to keep the millions she got from Tiger and live it up…but she’s trying to get greedy.

Elin Nordegren is walking away from Tiger Woods as the richest divorcee in history. She’s reportedly getting a $750 million settlement and custody of the couple’s two children, Sam, three, and Charlie, one.

The biggest thing at stake for the divorce deal? Her silence.

Her friend explained: “Elin’s legal team have done a great job digging up all sorts of assets.

“The price of the huge sum is her silence: no interviews, tell-all books, or TV appearances about this for the rest of her life — even if Tiger dies first — or she’ll lose the lot.”

She also has a deal in there for Tiger not being able to introduce their children to any random girlfriend. He’s got to put a ring on it before she’ll be allowed to meet the kids.

Amongst the many women that Tiger Woods has been with and cheated on his wife with, you wouldn’t expect LeAnn Rimes’ name to pop up, like, ever.

In 2002, before LeAnn married Dean Sheremet, she and Tiger were quite the item. A source said, “They hooked up and everything. Tiger was really into her. He likes those blondes!”

Her father didn’t like the idea of the two of them together. The source added, “Then her dad almost had a heart attack. And he made her stop seeing Tiger.”
