After the news broke of Miley Cyrus’ engagement to Australian actor Liam Hemsworth, we first thought that the 19-year-old former Disney star might be pregnant. We threw that idea out of the window after realizing that she’s been to the gym more times than we could count recently.

While we think that she doesn’t have any intention of walking down the aisle anytime soon, we still think that 19 is a bit young to be thinking about marriage. Despite that, her parents Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus think the news of their daughter’s engagement to Liam is just great.

Miley’s mother Tish tweeted, “Wow! All of the LOVE pouring out for Miley and Liam is incredible! So happy for my precious baby girl and the love of her life!”

Billy Ray took to his official Twitter to add, “All I ever hoped for as a Daddy was to see my kids reach their dreams. To find happiness…peace of mind…and someday know…true love.”

Miley Cyrus and her family are stronger than ever now that her parents have reconciled and have called off their divorce!
Tish wrote on her Facebook page, “Big thanks to all of our family, friends and fans who have kept us in their thoughts and prayers. I feel so blessed to have so much support from all of you. Our family weathered a huge storm and I feel we are stronger than we have ever been. Much love to all of you guys! You’re the BEST.”

Now that everything is back to normal, a source said, “Miley seems happier and more relaxed in the past few days. When Tish is having a hard time, Miley spends more time with her. Now the divorce is called off, Tish is doing better and Miley is getting her life back.”

Billy Ray Cyrus, 49, who announced in October 2010 that he was divorcing his wife has called off the divorce. Billy Ray and his wife Tish Cyrus have been married for 17 years. During an interview on The View which will air tomorrow Billy Ray says “I’ve dropped the divorce!”

Us magazine reports that, “on March 11th, 2011 Cyrus’ lawyer Robert L. Jackson filed a “voluntarily dismissal and non-suit.” Judge James Martin entered the judgment and signed the order to dismiss the divorce that day.”

He added, “I want to put my family back together…Things are the best they’ve ever been. I feel like I got my Miley back. I feel like we’re the daddy and daughter we were before Hannah Montana.”

The couple have three children together – pop star Miley, son Braison Chance and daughter Noah.

The twosome filed for divorce, but were seen together last Friday at a movie theater in Burbank, California. Along for the date were Braison and Brandi Cyrus.

Reportedly, the couple couldn’t stop fighting about how to raise Miley and it just tore them apart. A source said, “The fight over Miley is what tore Tish and Billy Ray apart. They can’t agree on how to raise her, and it’s wrecked their marriage. Billy Ray thinks Miley is becoming a spoiled brat monster – and he thinks it’s all Tish’s fault. They’ve had screaming matches for years. Billy Ray doesn’t like that he was eclipsed by his daughter’s stardom. He used to be the biggest star in country music and he wants his old life back.”

According to reports, Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus might just be getting back together!

The former couple filed for divorce on October 26, 2010. but were seen together at P.F. Chang’s in Nashville, Tennessee. They looked happy and both were smiling as they left the establishment.

A source said, “Billy Ray and Tish have been spending a lot of time together because of the kids. Just after the split, they were screaming mad at each other. But now they’ve mellowed and are reaching an understanding. Miley has really been pushing them to reconsider and give their marriage another shot.”

Bret Michaels was accused of hooking up with Miley Cyrus and/or her mother Tish. And after it was announced that Tish and Billy Ray were getting divorced, it seemed that things spiraled out of control.

When speaking of the rumors that he was having sex with Miley, he said, “Everyone went crazy thinking there was some kind of relationship between us. I just laughed at it. It was a bazillion percent untrue.”

Afterward, it was rumored that he was also hooking up with Tish Cyrus. He said, “They were determined – somewhere along the line, I was having a relationship with someone in the Cyrus family. I took pictures with Tish at Good Morning America. Next thing I know – within an hour of that, we were in a torrid love affair. We both kind of laughed it off, but then when Tish and Billy Ray separated, then the rumors went insane. I put a statement out that it was untrue, but no one cared.”

Miley Cyrus really desperately wants her parents, Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus to reconcile, but it seems to a losing battle. She has started begging her father to get back together with her mother, but Billy Ray is adamant to the contrary.

Reportedly, Billy Ray told Miley, “You’ve got to stop trying to get us back together. Our marriage isn’t fixable – we are getting divorced.” To that, Miley said, “You’ve always taught me that you have to work hard for the things you want in life….so why aren’t you willing to work harder to keep our family together?”

As we’ve already seen, Miley has been acting out of control over the past year and friends are saying that the divorce has been the culprit. The stress from the situation has caused her to “spin out of control”.

Two sources connected with the production of the AMAs tell TMZ that Miley changed her mind about singing the song within the last few days. A source connected with the production says the rundown for the show — which includes the song list — changed on Thursday and that’s when Miley’s version of “Every Rose” disappeared. A second source close to the show confirmed the last minute change.

A source close to Miley told TMZ Miley strongly considered doing the song, but decided on doing “Love and Forgiveness” two weeks ago — that coincides with reports of the affair, which Bret strongly denies.

It appears that Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus had another reason for divorcing — and it had nothing to do with the rumors that she was hooking up with Bret Michaels. Apparently, Tish was letting the Cyrus kids run wild and it ticked Billy Ray off!

Reportedly, Miley talked back to Billy Ray and he grounded her. Tish then took up for her, giving her permission to go out anyway, which set Billy Ray off. An insider said, “Billy screamed terrible things at Tish. Then he started kicking in the door.”

The source said, “Tish locked herself in her bedroom to escape Billy Ray’s wrath. And he pounded on the door screaming, ‘Come out here and talk to me, bitch!’ You let everyone run wild when I’m not here! It’s going to STOP!’”

In a shocking story that rippled across the internet, it was rumored that Tish Cyrus cheated on husband Billy Ray with Poison frontman Bret Michaels.

Now, he’s finally coming forward to deny the reports that he was the real reason why Billy Ray and Tish went their separate ways. He denied the affair, saying that they have been friends “forever”.

When asked specifically if he had any kind of sexual relationship with Tish, he replied, “The answer is no. I’ve been friends with her family forever. It started out with me and Miley simply working on a song together. Her mom, Tish, likes ‘Every Rose Has Its Thorn’, the first concert Miley ever saw was Poison, and so they wanted to remake it for the new record.”

To further drive home his point, Bret added, “When I was in the studio, Miley came in and sang on my song…and that was it.”
