Miley Cyrus became a Twitter quitter five months ago after filming a rap about leaving the social networking site. Now, she reveals that she’s been tweeting vicariously through her friend, Emily Osment.

She said, “I’ve been tweeting vicariously through my friend who is on my show, Emily Osment. So I’m like, ‘For all the life that you live on Twitter, I’ll live through you.’ So I’m always like, ‘What are people saying?’”

She added that she got Emily to post a photo of her recently for their fans. She said, “I posted a pictures on there the other day. She took my picture and I said just write ‘Hi from Miley.’ I stood by a thing of hay and said, ‘Hey!’ and that was it.”

Kelly Osbourne took to her official Twitter account earlier to let all of her followers know that she dyed her hair lavender. And just now, she’s tweeted the photographic proof!

John Mayer recently tweeted this message about the new flavor of the month pop singer, Kesha:

Dear Ke$ha, you have won me over with your tricks and charms and I must tell you I really like your song. Though I must add I tried brushing with a bottle of Jack and I chipped a tooth on the glass. Where might I remit an invoice? Stop telling your friends you detest the ke$ha song and then dancing to it at home. How about some accountability, people?

Just yesterday, the pop tart responded with this, “@johncmayer dear john mayerrr. Don’t be a little b*tch wit ur chit chat. Jus $how me whur ur dick’s at. x”

An article from today on Heatworld.com suggests that Kelly Osbourne was quoted as saying, “”Being fat is worse than being a drug addict.” But Kelly is upset, and with good reason!

Kelly tweeted her disgust at the publication, saying:

Shame on you @heatworld “Being fat is worse than being a drug addict” i never said that do you realize what kind of message that sends?

Young easily influenced girls read @heatword they need to think before they write something like that its really careless and irresponsible!

It was a ridiculous statement, even worse because they misquoted. Every woman should be happy with who she is regardless of lbs.

I see that @foxnews wrote and article with the same kind of quote they also should be ashamed of themselves it send such a bad message!

Please retweet my tweets to heat world so they get the message of how irresponsible they are to there readers by misquoting me!

I wish i never did the cover if that is the message the media is allowing it so send. it makes me sick to think people think i said that.

There’s no denying that Kelly Osbourne’s figure looks ruddy fantastic at the moment, but it’s taken her years of yo-yo dieting to reach a happy place with her body. If you’ve ever been on Chatroulette.com, then it’s likely that you’ve seen a number of guys showing their goodies. It’s a random video chat hook up and that’s the draw of the site, but not to Kelly Osbourne.

The singer tweeted her dislike of the website, saying, “i just cant believe how many willys i saw in one night dont go on chatroulette if you dont want to see ugly naked men! ewwwwwwww!!!”

I guess that’s what happens when you’re bored in the early hours of the morning.

In an interview with Playboy magazine, John Mayer referred to ex-girlfriend Jessica Simpson as “sexual napalm” and said that she was crazy in the sack.

Now, Hole singer Courtney Love has something to say about it…Now that the fuss has died down some. On her official Twitter page, she said, “Do you ever feel like spite hate fucking John Mayer. Just to put him in his place, he’s a better guitarist than me but not better in bed! Say your fucking John Mayer totally throwing him around the room in bits and then you just BAM punch him in the face? good times… Mayer’s a little bland for me and youngish. I’ll do young, but he’s neither Yale Harvard Oxford and he’s not really rock, so not for me.”

Former Tonight Show host Conan O’Brien is on Twitter. With the bio, “I had a show. Then I had a different show. Now I have a Twitter account”, the funny man made his first tweet today.

He said, “Today I interviewed a squirrel in my backyard and then threw to commercial. Somebody help me.”

I read on Us Weekly that Kim Kardashian actually outed an air marshal on a recent flight from New York to L.A. I say that I read that on the tabloids as opposed to her official Twitter account because, due to her sponsorships and ad hoopla, I’m not one of her followers. She sells more stuff than Target.

Anywho, the reality “star” tweeted that she was seated next to an air marshal and that he made her feel safe. Good God, does this broad have absolutely no common sense whatsoever???

She tweeted, “I’m on the airplane…love wifi! I am sitting next to an Air Marshall! Jim the air marshall makes me feel safe!”

Given that air marshals are supposed to keep their identities confidential, it’s not likely to bode well for Jim. She added, “No but I figured it out & he told me! shhhh RT @rockergirl73 you aren’t suppose to know the identity of the air marshal on your flight.”

I guess I could tell her that I’m the Queen of England and she would believe me.

John Mayer has taken to his official Twitter account to apologize for using the “N” word in his Playboy interview.

He tweeted, “Re: using the ‘N word’ in an interview: I am sorry that I used the word. And it’s such a shame that I did because the point I was trying to make was in the exact opposite spirit of the word itself. It was arrogant of me to think I could intellectualize using it, because I realize that there’s no intellectualizing a word that is so emotionally charged.” (continue reading…)

John Mayer’s love of attention tweeting may have caused his romance with Jennifer Aniston to go South. Who knew?

He said, “One of the most significant differences between us was that I was tweeting. There was a rumor I was dumped because I was tweeting too much. That wasn’t it. The brunt of her success came before TMZ and Twitter. I think she’s still hoping it goes back to 1998. She saw my involvement in technology as courting distraction, and I always said, ‘These are the new rules.’”

Lady Gaga tweeted this wonderful black and white photo of herself, right when it was announced that she won her Grammy Awards.

Has Fall Out Boy fallen apart?

In a series of tweets, bassist Pete Wentz seems to want us to believe that the band’s hiatus is permanent.

He said, “I don’t know the future of Fall Out Boy. It’s embarrassing to say one thing and then have the future dictate another. As far as I know Fall Out Boy is on break. As much as I don’t have a solo project, I also can’t predict that I’d ever play in Fall Out Boy again.”

Only time will tell!

Lady Gaga is so happy about her fan base, dubbed her “little monsters” that she had that inked onto her arm. The pop queen got a tattoo to commemorate her fans.

She tweeted, “chola tattoo from shamrock, so proud”, adding, “look what i did last night. little monsters forever, on the arm that holds my mic. xx”

After staying out of the social media spotlight for four tasty months, British singer Lily Allen has returned to Twitter.

Earlier today, she tweeted, “Just got back from aus, and I had a wonderful time. Setting up my new office in london, got some really exciting stuff to share with you.”

We’re not sure if there’s any truth to this, but on Sunday, Weird Al Yankovic tweeted that he is a part of The Lonely Island now.

If it’s true, then how cool would that be? He said, “Okay, it’s settled – I’m the new member of The Lonely Island.”
