A couple of weeks ago, we told you how there’s a “mystery buyer” out there looking to take Kim Kardashian’s sex tape off of the market. We all thought it was Kim playing some cloak and dagger scheme to make it seem like she hasn’t been pimping herself out for these past few years to purchase the rights to the tape. Apparently, that’s not the case.

Reportedly, Vivid Entertainment head honcho Steven Hirsch thought that Kim was the mystery buyer. He said that he still doesn’t know the identity of the buyer, but insists it’s not Kim. Of course she would do that, even if it is her. She’d be like, ‘Release a statement and say it’s not me.’

He said, “It made sense the entire time it would be Kim, but it appears it’s not.”

The porn boss said that the buyer will agree to reveal his identity if the deal goes through and tell the world why he wants to yank the tape off of the market, four years too late. The mystery buyer is still a few million short on Steven’s asking price.

Accused killer Casey Anthony is set to be sentenced yesterday for lying to cops in the case against her for the murder of her two-year-old daughter, Caylee. Now that she’s been acquitted of first degree murder, manslaughter and child abuse charges, she has a job offer already in the pipeline.

Steven said, “Whether you agree with the verdict or not, Casey will want to move forward with her life and has a right to make a living. It’s not going to be easy for her and we believe we can help her make the transition into a new life. We’ve all seen the pictures of her partying and having a good time with friends where she definitely looks hot.”

He went on to reveal that he is waiting on a call back from Casey’s lawyer. One thing’s for sure, she won’t have to get a babysitter. Ugh. It’s still hard to believe that she got off scott-free. People are outraged by the not guilty verdict in this case. It’s unfathomable how she may get to walk free on Thursday, after the judge gives her credit for time served. And now this twit wants to try to turn her into a celebrity?!??

A few days ago, Pippa Middleton was offered a porn deal by Vivid Entertainment, after some topless photos surfaced. She was offered a cool five million to perform in one scene for the porn giant. They even went as far as offering her brother James one million to perform in a separate scene.

Now, we’re hearing reports that there are actually more topless, racy photos of the Duchess’ sister being shopped around to the highest bidder.

So now you know that your special Valentine’s Day won’t be ruined by images of trolls getting it on for the sake of enriching their own bank accounts. All the while, she’s telling the media that she’s going to SUE SUE SUE, on her way to cash that fat check from Steven Hirsch.

I’m not sure if you want to see this midget troll in action, but apparently there’s legal action brewing over Tila Tequila’s newly leaked sex tape. TMZ has the dirty DIRTY details:

Lawyers for Vivid Entertainment fired off a letter to the folks behind Pornhub.com (who are apparently located in the Republic of Cyprus), demanding it remove a five-minute clip of the Tila tape that hit the web last week. Vivid had plans to release the tape this week and wants to keep it fresh.

And get this … we’re told Vivid thinks it was an inside job — one of its own leaked the video.

Kendra Wilkinson knows the obvious path to riches! Make a sex tape (or two) and then sell it to the porn peddlers, in this case Vivid Entertainment and then act all embarrassed in the public eye — and then cash that check!

It all worked out well with her first sex tape and now we’re hearing reports that Vivid Entertainment can’t wait to get their hands on this footage! Of course they can’t! They know how the money cycle works.

Since it was publicized that Kendra made a lesbian sex tape, the porn peddlers are down to get ahold of the tape. Vivid head honcho Steven Hirsch said, “After our great success with Kendra Wilkinson Exposed, of course we’re interested in distributing another Kendra sex tape. We look forward to speaking to the owner of the tape and making a deal ASAP.”

Remember, before she comes out and says that she’s embarrassed by the tape or is shocked that it got out, Vivid wouldn’t legally be able to release it without her consent.

If there is a sex tape featuring Demi Lovato, then Vivid President Steven Hirsch wishes to purchase it — but not for selling. No, the porn company head honcho says that he would acquire the tape and return it to Demi…or destroy it.

Steven said, “After everything that Demi Lovato has been through, we would never consider distributing a sex tape with her. In fact, we would purchase it and either give it back to her or destroy it.”

And why the good deed? It’s primarily because he understands what she’s going through as a recovering addict. He also owns Hollywood Recovery Services, which specializes in treating addiction.

It’s definitely a good PR move for him, either way.

According to sources, Ashton Kutcher’s rumored mistress, Brittney Jones is releasing a sex tape (photos HERE). In the promotion for the tape, they say, “Ashton’s fans will undoubtedly enjoy seeing what the star himself may have experienced…” His attorneys also claim that Vivid is “trading on Mr. Kutcher’s good name and reputation for a commercial purpose, and are attempting to misappropriate and convert the potential economic value of Mr. Kutcher’s identity to your own advantage.”

Vivid sent a statement of their own to Ashton, and plainly put, they weren’t amused. Their letter states, “First and foremost, Vivid specifically denies any wrongdoing or liability and believes the allegations made against Vivid are without merit.”

The rest:

I am not aware that Vivid has released any video using Ashton Kutcher’s name or likeness. Also, it was unclear from your letter exactly what Mr. Kutcher is alleging caused, and will continue to cause, substantial damages to Mr. Kutcher and placed Mr. Kutcher in extreme jeopardy.

Is your client alleging that Vivid has somehow concocted a story that Mr. Kutcher had an affair with Brittney Jones, thereby damaging Mr. Kutcher’s reputation? Mr. Kutcher’s alleged affair with Brittney Jones has been widely reported in the press for several months. Therefore, we doubt the claim of substantial damages and placement of Mr. Kutcher in extreme jeopardy arises from Vivid’s upcoming release of an adult video featuring his alleged mistress, Brittney Jones.

Of course, if you are aware of any other facts which indicate that my client has somehow caused, and will continue to cause, substantial damages to Mr. Kutcher please let us know.

In other words: Pound salt.

As it turns out, Vivid Entertainment has basically used Ashton’s name as a selling point for the video, infuriating the actor. They’ve tagged it with, “Ashton’s fans will undoubtedly enjoy seeing what the star himself may have experienced.”

Ashton’s legal people claim that the association infringes on his “marketable celebrity identity value” and have threatened legal action if they don’t take his name off of the promotion.

His lawyer issued a statement, saying, “It is clear that the use of our client’s name is a principal selling point of the video, and that Mr. Kutcher’s name is being used in order to lure potential customers to buy the video. Your conduct has already caused, and will continue to cause, substantial damages to our client. We will advise our client to seek recovery from Vivid….to the fullest extent allowable under law for any damages, costs and/or liability suffered by him.”

Vivid Entertainment head honcho Steven Hirsch said, “We received the letter late this afternoon and I immediately forwarded it to my attorney. We will respond accordingly.”

Take yourself back to September 2009, just as Taylor Swift took the stage to give her acceptance speech for her Best Female Video award. Kanye West appeared on the stage, grabbed the microphone and proceeded to tell Taylor and the entire planet, that Beyonce had the best video of all time.

Since, he has apologized on his official website and Twitter, while she has only said a few words. He has also since gotten more arrogant about the fiasco. He has recently taken credit for making Taylor a superstar!

Why am I telling you this now? It’s simple…All of these exchanges between Kanye and Taylor are being considered as material for a porn movie. Thanks Vivid, as if we hadn’t heard enough of these twits already.

This also begs the question: Who’s going to play Kanye, Beyonce and Taylor….And what should they name it???

This post should’ve been titled, “Laughing all the way to the bank”, because that’s exactly what is happening with former Playboy playmate Karissa Shannon and boyfriend Sam Jones III. After capitalizing on Heidi Montag’s “fame” and right off the coattails of her relationship with Hugh Hefner, Karissa is about to score big with Vivid Entertainment.

TMZ reports:

Hirsch tells TMZ he actually laid eyes on the tape which co-stars Karissa’s boyfriend, “Smallville” actor Sam Jones III. Hirsch says it was sent to him from “a reputable third party” and that he’d “love to be able to release it.”

The XXX footage in question sounds a lot like the sex tape Karissa claims Spencer Pratt stole from her house — which, as we first reported, she’s threatening to sue him over if he doesn’t return it.

Vivid’s chief isn’t divulging who dropped the tape in his lap, but does say he’s “very impressed with the quality and content” — which sounds like executive speak for … it’s smoking hot!

Will you be falling all over yourself to buy this video???

I hate to break it to you guys, but just because Karissa Shannon says she fooled around with Heidi Montag in a sex tape, doesn’t mean it actually exists.

We’re told Heidi has agreed to listen to Vivid Entertainment honcho Steve Hirsch when he arrives in Costa Rica to make an offer on the footage … some of which is said to contain girl-on-girl action with Playboy Playmate Karissa Shannon.

We’re told Heidi wants Hirsch to provide her with the sales numbers on Kim Kardashian’s sex tape — which was also released through Vivid — because Heidi may be interested in working out a “back-end deal” if Steve can’t offer enough cash up front to satisfy Montag.

Is anyone surprised by this?

There is one company that’s not bashing John Mayer for his Playboy interview. Apparently Vivid Entertainment saw his porn writing dream as a way to reach out to the embattled singer. They are offering him a chance to pursue his dream of writing porn.

The company wrote a letter to John, with hopes of helping him realize his dream. Stay classy you guys.

In the letter, they state, “We believe your incredible talent and passion, which have touched so many, can translate into a highly erotic adult film. Your understanding of the dynamics of relationships would undoubtedly appeal to both men and women.”
