In January, “In Touch Weekly” came out with some stories claiming that Robert Kardashian’s widow Ellen had released some of his private journals to the media. There were stories of abuse and neglect and the journals made Kris Jenner out to be some monster.
The Kardashian/Jenner clan claimed that the journals were full of lies and that Kris was practically mother of the year. Now, the Kardashian siblings are suing Ellen over the journals, claiming that she had no right to sell portions of the journals because they inherited the works — not Ellen. TMZ has more details:
Among the info that Ellen allegedly sold — Kris allegedly hit Kourtney and Kim and also threatened to kill Kim … and Rob was locked in a car while Kris was out on a date. The lawsuit alleges the diary is owned lock, stock and barrel by the Kardashian kids and Ellen is infringing on their copyright. The lawsuit demands the return of the diary and family albums, as well as damages.
So all of those supposed “lies” were actually true?!? Why else would they want to sue over the journals?
