The X Factor USA Live Double Elimination Recap For November 15, 2012

The X Factor USA Live Double Elimination Recap For November 15, 2012

Tonight on FOX is an all new episode of “The X Factor USA”. On last night’s performance episode of the show, the remaining contestants took on some big hits by the some of the biggest divas out there. In case you’ve missed the performance episode of “The X Factor”, we have our live recap here.

Two of our favorite performances from the show were Lyric145 and Carly Rose Sonenclar. Lyric145 took on a mashup of Queen and Katy Perry, while Carly Rose took on Celine Dion’s massive hit “My Heart Will Go On”.

Last week, the show gave us a first with the rankings of the viewer votes. Now that they have unveiled that, will you be more aware to vote for your favorites? Who did you vote to save on the show?

We will be providing our live coverage of the show as it airs, but until then tell us who you’re rooting for to win the “X Factor” crown!

RECAP:

Mario Lopez has just revealed that they are going to reveal the rankings again just like they did on last week’s show. In addition, we are all being treated to a performance from Taylor Swift!

Mario has just announced that the first act is leaving the competition right now. Ugh, the act will be revealed after the break! Tease!

Getting eliminated tonight first are Lyric145! Wow, that’s insane!

Taylor Swift is taking the stage to sing her new song “State Of Grace”. Taylor offered up the advice of being nice to people to the remaining contestants. Now, we’ll learn who some of the contestants are who have been put through to the top ten and who will have to sing for survival.

Safe and through to the top ten is (in no particular order): Arin Ray, Vino Alan, Carly Rose Sonenclar, Diamond White, Tate Stevens, Emblem3, Beatrice Miller and Cece Frey. Following them into the top ten is Fifth Harmony, leaving Paige Thomas and Jennel Garcia to vie against each other in the sing-off!

Jennel Garcia is up first performing “The Reason” by Hoobastank. Great performance! Next up, Paige Thomas is performing “Paradise” by Coldplay.

L.A. is voting to send home Jennel. Britney is voting to send home Jennel. Simon is voting to send home no one! He wanted to see what Demi had to say first and since he’s the boss, he gets his way. Demi is voting to send home Paige. Simon is voting now — he is voting to send home Jennel.

On tonight’s double elimination, the viewers have voted off Lyric145 and Jennel Garcia! Are you shocked by either decision? Stay tuned for the rankings to know where your favorites stand!

      I really like Cece..

CeCe and Beatrice should have left

    • earsucker November 15, 2012 / 9:03 PM

Considering that Cece was in the bottom two twice, we were surprised to hear that she wasn’t eliminated tonight. Call us nostalgic, but we loved Beatrice’s Cyndi Lauper cover.

Didn’t see the show but regret Jennel Garcia going home.Thought the two were going to be Ce-Ce and Arin. In any case Jennel Garcia broke the surface already so she is well known now. I’m sure her singing career will ascend anyway.I don’t get it with Tate. He’s good but not for # 1. My pick for the final 1. Carly Rose, 2. Vino Alan, 3. 4. 5. …. who cares ? :-)))

Why is Tate still in the lead, he sucked this week, I’d have put him seventh at best.

Is this just country music fans trying to ruin the show?
