RECAP:

The show is kicking off with a group called The O.G.’s, singing “Hello” by Lionel Richie. They murdered the song completely and are not going through to the next round. Next up is Sophia Harlow, butchering her song. Ivan Kurzahlaw butchered a song afterward and isn’t going through. It’s a crappy singer montage!

Fifteen-year-old Dinah Jane Hansen is taking the stage next to perform “If I Were A Boy” by Beyonce. She’s got a heck of a voice and is doing an awesome job! You go girl! She’s going through to the next round, of course.

Arin Ray is up next to sing an original song called “Count On Me”. He has got a great voice and the audience is up and loving his performance. He is going through to the next round with a yes from all four judges. Congrats to him!

Natalie Martin is up next singing “Stay” by Sugarland and she’s got a great voice. It was an easy yes from all four judges. Nick Perrelli is up next and he’s a crooner! Nice! He’s going through to the next round.

Beatrice Miller is singing “Cowboy Take Me Away” by Dixie Chicks. The judges loved it and she’s going through to the next round of the competition. One4Fice is up next and they’re rapping up a storm! They got four yes answers from the judges and they’re off to boot camp. It’s a montage of excellent singers now. Nice.

Changyi is up next to sing “My Heart Will Go On” by Celine Dion. Even though she might’ve found the fountain of youth, her singing voice is not that great. She is not going through to boot camp.

Austin Corini is taking the stage next to sing “Wanted” by Hunter Hayes. He is actually pretty good! Those two girls in the audience are probably ecstatic that they got him to sign their arms. He got a yes from all for judges and he’s off to boot camp.

Nick Youngerman is up next to rap “Ice Ice Baby” by Vanilla Ice. The audience and Britney are all up dancing. He’s going through to boot camp!

A group by the name of Jaime is up next…the group consists of an engaged couple. They’re singing an original song called “Will You Be My Baby”. Simon said the song was cabaret and they are not getting through to the next round. David Correy is singing next, performing “Just The Way You Are” by Bruno Mars. He’s got a phenomenal singing voice and we are completely blown away. He’s getting through to the next round of the competition.

Sophie Tweed-Simmons is up next to sing “Make You Feel My Love” by Adele. She’s not a bad singer and said that she wanted to do this on her own without the help of her famous parents. L.A. said no, but Britney, Demi and Simon said yes and she’s getting through to boot camp!

Tara Simon is up next and will be singing “Without You” by David Guetta. She oversang the song in parts, but she definitely has talent. She’s getting through to the next stage of the competition. Up next is Daryl Black and he’s performing “Stereo Hearts” by Gym Class Heroes. He’s not bad at all. He’s going through to boot camp.
