Dancing With The Stars Elimination Recap 4/17/12

Dancing With The Stars Recap: Elimination Results 4/17/12

On last night’s performance episode of Dancing With The Stars, we got to see the remaining contestants take on Latin Week! Also in attendance was the ever most awesome guitar player, Carlos Santana! In case you’ve missed last night’s show, you can read our full recap here.

Here’s a brief overview of the stars, their dances and scores (in order):

Jaleel White & Kym Johnson – Samba – Score: 24/30
Melissa Gilbert & Maksim Chmerkovskiy – Salsa – Score: 24/30
Maria Menounos & Derek Hough – Salsa – Score: 27/30
Katherine Jenkins & Mark Ballas – Argentine Tango – Score: 29/30
Gavin DeGraw & Karina Smirnoff – Samba – Score: 19/30
William Levy & Cheryl Burke – Argentine Tango – Score: 29/30
Gladys Knight & Tristan MacManus – Samba – Score: 22/30
Roshon Fegan & Chelsie Hightower – Salsa – Score: 26/30
Donald Driver & Peta Murgatroyd – Argentine Tango – Score: 27/30

Overall, it was a good show for Latin Night. Standing out above everyone else was Donald Driver and William Levy. Tonight, the two couples with the lowest scores and viewer votes will have to face off in a Cha Cha to see who will be eliminated.

We’re guessing that it may come down to being between Gavin and Gladys, but we could be surprised if the viewers didn’t come out in droves to vote for Roshon or Melissa.

Stay tuned as we recap the entire elimination show tonight. Until then, tell us who you think will be leaving the show! Who are you rooting for? Check back with us at 9PM EST for our live recap!
