Jon Cryer Went Through 3 Months Of Rehab Following Biking Accident

Two And A Half Men actor Jon Cryer underwent three grueling months of rehab treatment following a terrifying biking accident last year.

The actor was taking part in the Nautica Malibu Triathlon, which includes an ocean swim, an 18-mile cycle ride and a four-mile run, when he fell off his bike during the second challenge. He pulled out of the race and was treated for severe skin lacerations, and he has now revealed it took months of painful therapy to get him back on his feet.

However, Cryer refused to let the accident stop him competing in this year’s event, and he returned to the race over the weekend. Speaking after completing the course, he told reports, “I made it! I retained most of my skin this year. So it’s good… I had three months of rehab.”

Asked whether he is planning to take part in the 2014 race, he adds, “Yes, I will be back.”

Kudos to him for not letting the biking accident get him down. We’re glad to hear that he will be back for next year’s event. We definitely admire his drive, don’t you?
