Teen singer Justin Bieber was seen swapping spit with this fan in the above photo. We’re not sure who she is, but a reader of the website Zack Taylor sent it in to him.

Zack Taylor reports:

According to our ZackTaylor.ca reader who sent in the above photo, “Justin and my friend Michelle kissed behind the Four Seasons Hotel downtown a few months ago while he was in town for a concert. I didn’t feel right about releasing it before, but now its fine cuz its been a while.”

Who could it be? Either way, this picture is old and he’s now kissing Selena Gomez. Right?
