The Los Angeles City Attorney’s office is out for blood with Lindsay Lohan and the prosecutors in her case have already filed the documents to ask the court to revoke her probation. Lindsay is still currently on probation due to her jewelry theft case, but when she lied to the cops back in June, she exacerbated the situation.
If you’ll recall, Lindsay was driving her Porsche on the Pacific Coast Highway when she smacked into the back of a dump truck. When the police arrived to take statements from all of those involved, she told the cops that she wasn’t driving the car. That was despite what her assistant and the truck driver told police officers.
The prosecutors are looking for Lindsay’s probation to be revoked because of the PCH accident. Lindsay will be in court tomorrow morning for her arraignment on three misdemeanor counts. One, she lied to the cops, two, obstruction and the third, reckless driving. We’re guessing that she will enter a plea of not guilty and try to claim that it wasn’t her fault. It’s never her fault, you know.
