LL Cool J Suspect Shows Bruised Face In Court

Last week, rapper LL Cool J was face-to-face with a transient who broke into his Los Angeles home. When LL heard some noise downstairs, he proceeded to knock the guy out. Afterward, he detained 56-year-old Jonathan Kirby until the police arrived on the scene to arrest him. Now, the guy has just appeared in court and is showing off the butt whooping he took from the rapper as a result of the break-in.

Jonathan is still sporting two black eyes, TMZ reports. During his court appearance, Jonathan pleaded not guilty to the charges of first degree burglary with a person present. Of course, this is Jonathan’s third strike, if convicted, so he faces up to life in prison.
