Salon Owner Defends Amanda Bynes Over Nude Tanning Claims

Last week, it was said that Amanda Bynes emerged from a Mystic spray tanning session completely naked in search of goggles. Rumors surfaced that the actress was nonchalant in her attempt to retrieve some goggles and made no fuss about being naked in public.

Despite the rumors, she does have one person in her corner. The owner of the salon is confirming her side of the story!

“In Touch Weekly” began the rumors by printing that she was walking around a Beach Bum tanning salon in New York City buck naked. A source told the magazine, “She didn’t seem to care that everyone saw her naked. She seemed totally out of it…There was definitely something wrong with her.”

The CEO of Beach Bum, James Oliver, said, “Employee testimony and security footage have confirmed that Ms. Bynes was not acting inappropriately. She is a long-time client and we stand by her account.”

Amanda is currently looking into taking legal action against Bauer Publishing, the company behind the tabloid. She said, “I’m suing In Touch for printing a fake story. I’m not troubled. I don’t get naked in public. I’m 26, a multi-millionaire, retired. Please respect my privacy.”
