Britney Spears’ former manager Sam Lutfi spoke out in court earlier on Tuesday with regard to his defamation case against her parents. He said earlier that he did not give Britney any of his prescription Adderall, but she was relying on drugs quite a bit.
When speaking on the witness stand, he claimed that the pop star relapsed in 2007 when they met. Despite that, he claims to be the one who offered her encouragement to kick her drug habit.
With regard to her famous head shaving incident, he said, “She told me that she had wanted to get clean but that she was struggling with it. Britney was involved in a wicked child custody battle. She told me someone told her they could scientifically test her hair for history of drug use, so she shaved it all off.”
He went on to say, “I told her it was very difficult to kick a drug habit, but I told her she needed to do it. I explained to her that society was not going to tolerate a mother with two kids abusing drugs.”
When they met, he revealed, “Britney called me from her car and asked me to come back and manage her and help her kick drugs. She was in a car parked behind a tanning salon. She said she was parked there all night.”
He said that he told her that he would manage her, but only if she granted him permission to bring drug sniffing dogs into her home. He added, “I just didn’t want to manage anyone who did drugs.”
He added that her found a little bit of crystal meth in her home and proceeded to flush it down the toilet. Who do you believe?
