Usher and Tameka Foster’s divorce is getting ugly

usher_tameka_raymondUsher and Tameka Raymond’s divorce proceedings are getting uglier by the minute.

According to divorce documents filed by Usher on Friday, June 12, 2009, he states that they had been separated since July 2008, meaning that they had only spent eleven months of their marriage together.

The documents state, “The marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken. There is no hope of reconciliation.”

The documents also revealed all of the demands made by Usher, which includes a copy of every document Tameka kept during the course of their marriage, including tax files, paystubs, bank account information, financial records, insurance policies, real estate rental agreements, medical records, and automobile registrations.

He is also asking for copies of “notes, cards, letters, photographs, film, documents, tapes, voice recordings, gifts, jewelry, clothes” or other evidence that shows his conduct throughout their marriage. He also wants copies of detective’s reports, which suggest that she may have hired a private detective to follow him, thinking that he may have been cheating on her.

In addition to all of that, he also wants copies of “any and all diaries or personal notes kept…during the course of the marriage.”

He is also seeking joint legal and physical custody of the couple’s two children, Usher V and Naviyd Ely.
